Installation Project Manager - DACHRole location – Zaventem, BelgiumWe’re thrilled to be looking for a talented Installation Project Manager to join our fantastic team based in Zaventem, Belgium.The role will provide a high level of service to our customers in the DACH region and will manage installation projects from initiation to closure.We’re looking for candidates with some PMO background who have excellent planning and organizational skills. Ideally successful candidates will be familiar with CAD drawings and have project management experience.Due to the nature of the role, travel between Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be required.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as main point of contact throughout the pre-install phase and physical installation phase
  • Develop detailed project plans and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Follow up with internal and external contributors to ensure all activities are under control and as per agreed timelines
  • Establish and/or contribute to creation of relevant SOPs related to installation processes
  • Organize and participate to continuous improvement activities to align processes
  • Establish meaningful KPIs for installation processes to demonstrate efficiency and exceptional customer experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Familiar with quality, health and safety standards
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems; e.g. Oracle, SAP, Siebel, Salesforce
  • Excellent project management, planning and organizing skills, taking structured approach, being able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
  • Experience working in an international healthcare industry environment and practical knowledge of construction/project management software will be advantageous
