Description

As our intern, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. You’ll embark on exciting tasks, including:

• Conducting targeted and thorough research to identify potential candidates that align with our recruitment needs
• Utilizing sourcing tools and platforms to find qualified candidates
• Researching relevant industries and companies to stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices
• Assisting in creating attractive and relevant job advertisements ✍️
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess candidate applications and conduct initial phone interviews ️
• Attending recruitment events and professional fairs to establish connections with potential candidates
• Maintaining and updating our candidate database regularly

Requirements

This internship is an exceptional opportunity for individuals currently pursuing a degree in human resources, work psychology, or a related field. We value the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in French and Dutch
