Intro

Moebius Consulting is the technical consultancy company within the Verhaert Masters in Innovation Group.

We have an opportunity for an iOS Developer in the region of Antwerp.

Your challenge

As an iOS Developer you are part of a small team of research SW engineers. The team is responsible for the creation of
investigational device software and research tools using a variety of technologies, i.e. desktop, mobile
and cloud computing. Specific to this role is the development of research apps on iOS devices.
You will also have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Capture and analyze the incoming research requirements translating them into software technical
    designs and implementation
  • Integrating the BLE connectivity between the processor and the mobile device.
  • This role specifically encompasses the software development of the mobile app front-end using
    Swift/SwiftUI.
  • Responsible for the full software prototype development cycle: design, coding,
    testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Able to contribute to application code development in Swift/SwiftUI targeting the iOS platform.
  • Being familiar with Amazon Web Services or equivalent cloud computing platforms is a plus.

Your profile

As an iOS developer you have the following qualities and competences:

  • A higher technical degree in software engineer or informatics.
  • Relevant experience as an iOS developer.
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented software development, specifically Swift/SwiftUI
  • Experience in the full software prototype development cycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Familiar with Agile development.
  • Strong interest in and experience with quality management systems and standards for software design.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
