You support leadership and project teams across data, AI, software development, and legal/sustainability tech initiatives
You organize team events to foster a collaborative and engaging atmosphere.
You support leadership meetings by tracking actions and structuring agendas.
You facilitate internal projects focusing on stakeholder engagement and communication.
You ensure compliance with training completion and system reviews.
You serve as a trusted point of contact for the team.
You execute occasional administrative tasks, such as calendar management and travel coordination.

What are we looking for?

You have a first experience in administration
You possess strong organizational skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
You have an affinity for digital technology and AI tools.
You demonstrate integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
You can work independently and take initiative.
You are fluent in English.
You can engage with stakeholders in Dutch and/or French
