Our Position

• You contribute to the simplification of IT systems & infrastructure through continuous improvement actions & identify necessary changes in the portfolio of assets and applications (under your responsibility).
• As part of the EMEA Enterprise Architecture team, you will strive to bring an E2E Business & IT architecture to the enterprise by proposing integrated IT and business roadmaps.
• You provide guidance to business to leverage our platforms & products using application building blocks to avoid silo IT and drive optimal investment in technology.
• You bring an outside-in perspective leveraging our partners & eco-systems to drive innovation in a more agile & integrated approach.
• You analyze and translate business, information, security and technical requirements into projects aimed at integrated solutions for different applications, systems and platforms in order to achieve the company’s objectives.
• You design recommendations based on the company’s long-term strategy and goals.
  
  

The Responsibilities Are Mainly Focused In 3 Domains

• Design the Architectural roadmap:
• You contribute to technical and business meetings regarding the future architectural vision.
• You therefor analyze, design, and develop an actionable roadmap and monitor the execution plan.
• Act as a Primary Technology Advisor:
• You analyze and assess upcoming technological and industrial trends as well as market trends that support the development of new features and / or operational support.
• You build a network/ecosystem of High Performing Trusted Partners that can advise/guide our journeys and subsequent timed and priced roadmaps.
• In all this you work closely with the EMEA IT team.
• Guard / implement standards, processes, documentation, and procedures:
• You promote processes, solutions, and results in line with the Enterprise Architecture standards and make recommendations in relation to exceptions.
• You develop and maintain architectural IT ecosystem models, processes and documentation.
• You support the consistency and stability of IT systems by analyzing the impact of integrating new or modified architectures.
• You ensure the compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure and policies.
• You take care of the alignment with the EMEA IT strategy and Global IT strategy.
  
  

The Enterprise Architect reports to the IT & Information Architect Manager.

Your Profile

For This Position We Are Looking For Someone With

• University level with background in economics or technology
• Experience of a similar architecture/advisor role for 5 years within a complex international environment
• Knowledge and experience of different technology domains (e.g. Cloud, frontends, CRM, …)
• people management skills and a born communicator who knows how to build bridges and maintain good relationships
• structured and well organized
• analytical, independent and a good understanding of IT and Economics
• lead by example
• capable of implementing an Enterprise Architectural system, processes and procedures integrated with the CMDB in close collaboration with other team members
• conceptual design thinking, continuous improvement is built into your DNA
• innovation and creating business added value for the organization is part of your nature
