IT Expert - Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information (EESSI)

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS AND THE SCOPE OF COMPETITION

The following tasks will be performed:

• Participation in the development and maintenance of the existing EESSI components in particular in the testing phase
• Participating in the design and development of future EESSI components, in particular in the testing phase
• Preparing, facilitating, and reporting about the testing activities
• Analyzing issues reported by EESSI stakeholders and check the reproductivity of the issues in a timely manner
• Collaboration with the Business Analyst team and development team with what relates to quality assurance and quality control processes
• Risk analysis with regard to the testing activities and the delivery deadlines
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters, Quality Plans, and Security Plans when needed
• Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customers, users, project leaders, and the other testers in the team

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree of 3 years.

• At least 8 years of specific expertise in IBM Rational Quality Management (RQM) (min. competence level 4)
