The candidate will report to the EU IT Network & OT Services Manager and will be part of the European IT Infrastructure Team.
The person will take ownership of network security and network infrastructure systems in the office and OT environment and manages them through their lifecycle.

• Will follow security trends and events related to IT and OT networks and devices and will apply learnings and new technology to improve the performance, reliability and security in the network.

• Is able to identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
• Ensures that Security and Compliance is a foundation of all work and planning trains colleagues in new technologies that are implemented as part of his/her responsibilities.
• Enjoys working with all kinds of stakeholders and knows how to manage relationships to achieve the best results.
• Writes thorough and comprehensive documentation for systems and application owned by the team. Creates official IT Network Standard Operating Procedures for usage and reference within the whole European organization.
• Works under minimal supervision with guidance in only most complex situations.
• Maintains and monitors all network, security and computer systems to meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
• Manages and maintains the architecture of network and security devices.
• Monitors systems and identify performance issue proactively.
• Resolves issues and prepares status reviews and reports.
• Maintains a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
• Will professionally represent the network & security team as a technical consultant on various projects.
• Interacts and coordinates with vendors, suppliers, distributors and contract consultants.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Computer science or related areas (or equivalent through experience) coupled with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience within an international corporation or consulting ICT company with administrating large enterprise network and security systems.
• Official ertification from Cisco, Fortinet & others are considered an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience administering network systems in the enterprise space.
• At least 5 years of experience administering network security systems in the enterprise space.
• Extensive knowledge of managing and implementing network systems (sd-wan, routing, switching, wireless, ...) in both IT and OT environments.
• Extensive knowledge of managing and implementing network security systems (NextGen Firewalls, NAC, Cybersecurity services, …) in both IT and OT environments .
• Solid understanding of networking/distributed/cloud computing environment concepts and their related security aspects and understands principles of routing and switching in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP / IP protocols (both IPv4/IPv6), Network Layers and network and security monitoring & management tools as well debugging of network and security related issues.
• Comfortable to use enterprise toolsets such as: Service Now, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Panorama, Velocloud Orchestrator, etc.
• High level of English.
