Company description

MyNextCompany is looking for an IT Operation Engineer (m/w/x)to join his team in Brussels.


Description of the function

  • As a member of the IT Operations Team, you will be at the center of various departments and teams to ease the daily activities of the company.
  • Resolve incidents and support tickets created by our Customer Success department
  • Take part in the creation of new processes and features dedicated to increase internal efficiency
  • Answer technical questions about the product and infrastructure asked by other departments
  • Work on long-running projects hand-in-hand with our engineering teams.

Profile description

  • You have a background in software engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • You know PHP, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Docker, AWS.
  • You have basic knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Delivery
  • You are a problem-solver and you like taking on new challenges
  • You are work-proficient in English
  • You are eligible to work in Europe
