You’re an experienced IT project manager and a bit of a juggler. You can keep an overview of ongoing projects and make sure they get delivered within time and budget (as best as you can, that is… It’s still IT, right? ????).

You are the linchpin who connects all project components, from analysis to architecture design, from planning to development, from testing to Go Live and everything in between. Your planning capabilities are impeccable.

You’re a great communicator, who can build bridges between the business, support teams and the project teams. Are you ready to take delaware’s internal IT to new heights?

Who are we?

As an IT consultancy company, our 2,500+ colleagues can only shine when our internal IT is also top notch. That’s why we keep up to date with the latest technologies. Our experts work on a variety of projects in different domains (infrastructure, integration, SaaS implementation, migration…) ranging in scale from 50 to 300 man-days.

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll typically be working on multiple projects at the same time. You’ll get to know almost everyone, as you’ll be working with many divisions across delaware International – and every thinkable support division within delaware!

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummenand Wavre. Your ‘home base’ will be the office in Kortrijk. There, you’ll find most of your internal IT colleagues as well as the majority of the support departments.

Is there a match?

You’ll be a great addition to our team if you…

  • have +5 years of experience in managing medium to large-sized projects in an IT or software environment. Experience with project management methodologies like PMI or Prince2 is a big plus;
  • can keep a close eye on the available resources, budget, quality, implementation progress and the estimated timing of delivery;
  • have a solid understanding of the many different facets of an IT project – requirements gathering & analysis, architecture and UX design, development, integration, progress and KPI tracking, testing and production upgrades;
  • have in-depth experience in one or multiple IT domains. You are willing to learn more or have a broad interest in (and possibly also some experience with) various digital and omnichannel technologies;
  • have a process-oriented mind and can seek out opportunities to improve internal processes or find better integrations between the many different systems we use at delaware;
