IT Project Manager

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry are on the verge of changing how clinical trials are carried out. They are in search of a Project Manager to join their Digital team.

Requirements
  • Bsc or Msc in Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science or other related field
  • +5 years of professional experience, pharmaceutical experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Knowledge on website architecture concepts, website production, and web management tools
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and how to collaborate with developers
  • Experience in digital project management and working with cross-functional teams on websites, microsites, and landing pages in an agency or in-house environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
Main responsibilities:
  • Complete documentation for project development efforts and work closely with development and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Communicate effectively, including facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution, with a wide variety of technical and business experts in both individual and group setting in all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Drive project delivery to meet schedule and budget objectives.
  • Responsible for tracking deliverables in order to react proactively to possibly delays and decision changes.
  • Identify and communicates resource constraints and potential priority conflicts to assist the organisation in evaluating and prioritising deadlines.
