TVH is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with a hands-on approach to navigating complex environments and ensuring seamless delivery. As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end release management across multiple teams, driving the success of new scope delivery in a high-impact role.Your role and responsibilities
As the Release Manager, you will manage the release process end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
This Will Involve
- Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.
- Forward plan the release windows and build the IT Release Calendar by working closely with different users and maintaining a Release Calendar.
- Carrying out post-implementation reviews (PIR).
- Attending regular Change Management Boards whenever required and conducting Change Assurance Board meetings internally to decide the Go-No-Go of changes.
- Managing escalations to support the Release process.
- Identify and mitigate risks that can affect release scope, quality, and schedule.
- Manage dependencies and coordinate releases across the different domains and various stakeholders.
- Ensuring Release work conforms to quality standards.
- Carrying out quality checks and risk assessments on the individual components of a release like release control closures, change Implementation, and verification task closures.
- Plan the release windows and cycles on the organization level, across multiple business units.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
- Monitor and report progress along the way.
- Analyze and optimize release processes, aligning them with evolving business and technology needs.
- Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
- Work with development to automate builds, quality assurance, and software deployments, and to identify and resolve build or deployment problems.
- Ensure that appropriate quality steps and approvals are adhered to before releases.
- Generate and publish release builds and documentation.
We are looking for someone who has proven Release Management Expertise. Hands-on experience in release management for technology-driven projects, with a track record of managing complex releases effectively.

- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
- At least five years of experience in a Release Manager role or a similar position.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to understand and navigate complex environments, strategies, and release processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication with diverse stakeholders with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, reports, and presentations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of working in a multinational organization with an international scope.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to deliver timely and high-quality results.
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude.

- Ability to work onsite in the Waregem Office at least three times per week.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
