As a (junior) IT support engineer your primary responsibility is to manage our IT applications, our office IT and interfacing to our external partners.

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with good communication skills, ready to handle a broad variety of IT tasks and assist our IT manager in daily operations and improvements.

This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for IT-related queries
  • Provide prompt assistance in diagnosing and resolving IT issues
  • Manage accounts and access for employees and external partners
  • Troubleshoot issues between internal- and external systems
  • Collaborate on IT projects, such as the rollout of new applications and functionalities
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures

The Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day activities and processes of the business.
