As an IT Young Professional Trainee, you get a taste of all these disciplines so you can choose the best direction for your career going forward. This is an amazing opportunity, because it gives you a chance to develop yourself and your skills even further. After a few months of training, you get started with technical and functional analysis. Your Skills

You love IT so much, you’d have it tattooed on your arm. You have a healthy ambition to work on interesting projects, have an impact on a leading insurance company and never stop learning and growing your career.
  • You’re finishing up or have finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s education in IT (no background in IT? That’s also fine, just blow us away with your enthusiasm!)
  • You see a multilingual environment (Dutch, French and English) as an advantage
  • Customer focus is your middle name
  • You’re full of ideas and can’t wait to share them with your colleagues
