What can you expect?

As an IT Support Engineer you are the first point of contact of the customers. You will provide day-to-day support, remote or on-site. You will be responsible for rollout projects, hardware extensions, etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: you followed recently an IT course/education (eg. Network Engineering at Syntra or a Bachelor in Informatics) or you have a first experience in an IT Support role.
  • Expertise: you have knowledge of computer management, O365 applications, networking, Active Directory, service desk- and remote tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strenghts: you’re eager to learn, motivated and a real teamplayer.
  • Languages: you speak fluent Dutch, English and French.
