About Ogilvy Social.lab

Ogilvy Social.Lab is not a traditional agency. We are an agency born for the Social Age. Ogilvy Social.Lab understands that social is more than just another digital channel. We cherish our entrepreneurial spirit and embrace the opportunity to rethink marketing and communications while challenging the status quo.

We are working for several local and international clients incl. Deutsche Bank, Huawei Europe, IKEA, Nestlé, Ford, Engie, several European institutions, Bacardi, Ingersoll Rand, Pfizer, Unilever, etc.

Social.Lab was acquired by Ogilvy in 2013, is headquartered in Brussels and has offices in New York, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bucharest, Singapore, Dubai, Cape Town, Warsaw, and Zurich.

We are growing fast, and we love it. We know that our success is a direct result of our talents. That’s one of the reasons why during the Agency of the Year Awards of Media Marketing, we were elected as the Best Place to Work in Belgium in 2020!

  • An observant and inquisitive approach to people and their environment
  • Insight into human behaviour and motivational needs
  • Creativity and originality
  • Sense of colour and form
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and marketing abilities
  • Can work well in a team.
  • Be interestedImmerse yourself in awards annuals and see what great work is out there.
  • Show a keenness to learn You need to be responsible for learning and up-skilling yourself as an art director.
  • DeadlinesYou need to be able to meet deadlines and deliver on the briefs given to you
  • Proactive workYou should be doing this and it should be winning you awards.
  • IdeasYou should be able to conceptualize brave, fresh, world-class ideas

OSL Brussels is the network’s HQ, servicing local clients such as IKEA, ACTIRIS, Ford, DKV and Nestle as well as cutting edge international brands such as Off-White and Vans. We work closely with our colleagues in Cape Town, London and Amsterdam.
