We are looking for you!

AsSales & Marketing Manager, you establish a longer-term commercial planfor the segment through market and application development. Besides that you define a marketing planand you ensure its implementation.
You will be in theco-driver seat for our digital approachimproving interaction with customers or for increased brand-building based on the solutions we offer.
You supportthe team in price-alignment and -setting, in specific product development projects, in branding initiatives, in the coordination with different stakeholders (other regions, global customers...) and you drive value management cases.
Sustainabilityis one of our values at Bekaert. You will actively engagein improving our offers and promotions.
Together with theGlobal Strategy Team, yougather (global) market insights, trends, competitor performance and the interaction with (global) stakeholdersoutside customers. As such, you build market studiesand add key information for our X+1/X+5 strategy.
You interacton a daily basis with our most important Key-Accounts and you monitor for a number of segments all (global) commercial strategic and transactional sales tasks in alignment with plants and internal sales.
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you report to the Senior Segment Manager Agri & Consumer EMEA.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

As Sales & Marketing Manager you have a Master’s degree in business administration or engineering.
You already have a first working experience.
You are able to translate a pragmatic implementation plan with your strong analytical skillsand conceptual mind.
Competent in collecting information through different sources.
You are a team playerand can easily connect with different colleagues and stakeholders in our organization.
You have greatsocial media insightsand a good knowledge ofExcel & PowerPoint.
Travel on occasion is something you would like to do.
AsSales & Marketing Manager, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in several relevant languages as English, Germanand French.
