Advisory - Junior Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Advisor within Digital Enablement (Zaventem or Antwerp) you will be part of a team that is responsible to assist customers in their digital and technology led transformation journey. For KPMG these transformations are end to end involving everything from the business/technology strategy up to and including the actual implementation of the chosen IT components based around our 5 pilars: IT strategy, Digital transformation services, technology outsourcing, cloud architecture and system implementation.
You will be responsible for;
  • Guide customers in the determination of their IT strategy and IT target operating model and the actual roll-out of this strategy within the organisation;
  • Guide customers in their outsourcing journeys from strategy till improving of existing relationships with external service providers
  • Help define the infrastructure and application architecture (blueprint) for the transformation of the IT systems of the customer (move to cloud, new ERP system ...)
  • Support creation of functional designs, implementations and configuration of the cloud based systems
  • Help write test scenarios and execute functional and acceptance testing
  • Assist in setting up the (Agile) portfolio, program and project management structures to support the management and control of large end to end technology led transformations
  • Assist in the Quality Assurance component of large scale transformations in topics as peer reviews, risk assessments, issue assessments …

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering
  • You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility
  • You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP or Servicenow technology is considered an advantage
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP or other project management tracks is considered an advantage
