Vache Bleue is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager

The company

Founded in 1927, Vache Bleue is a 100% Belgian company specialized in cheese (www.vachebleue.com ) and in lactose-free dairy products (www.dilea.be) .

Thanks to two major international acquisitions in 2019 and a recent merger with Flanders Foods Productions, Vache Bleue S.A. further strengthens its ambition to become a major player in dairy products in Belgium and abroad.

In order to achieve this ambition, Vache Bleue is currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to reinforce its teams.

The job

The Key Account Manager will manage a wide portfolio of existing customers including one “Top3”.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate annual agreements and ensure commercial collaboration throughout the year.
  • Influence customers to implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company.
  • Manage customer P&L.
  • In collaboration with the category manager, provide customer with category information & make recommendations for category growth, bring customer feedback & potential solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing,...)
  • Communicate its plans to the Field salesforce to ensure perfect instore implementation.

Profile

  • Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Sales within Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries. (Retail)
  • Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch & French. (English will be a plus)
  • Hands-on & team player.
  • Enthusiastic, pragmatic & flexible.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • IT : Very good knowledge of Microsoft office is a must.
