Your journey with us

You are responsible for theinstructional designand developmentof(digital) learning assets. Individually or in team, you analyze the client’s learning needsand designand deliver powerful, engaging and interactivelearning solutions.

During the entire process, you take into account the set learning objectives, the target audiencesand the client’s technicalpossibilities. You advise and support clients to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with their business needs.

Let’s Talk About You

• Passionate for (digital) learning
• Experienced in instructional designing and instructional development
• Excellent writing skills (knowledge Dutch is required, French / English is an asset)
• Strong analytical skills
• A real storyteller and an excellent communicator. You are able to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work with
• A team player who is keen on sharing knowledge and inspiring others in an international company context
• Independent but equally loving to work in a highly collaborative team-setting
