For our Global Headquarters in Belgium we are looking for a:

Logistic Manager

Your tasks

Operating from the Belgian (Leuven) headquarters, you will manage PEC’s global logistics (Belgium, Hungary, USA and China).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Organize and follow-up of the material flows between PEC locations & third parties (Air/Sea/Road).
  • Fulfilment of the administrative tasks related to import/export, customs etc.
  • Solve logistics issues with a minimum impact on timing and cost
  • Manage our small warehouse in Belgium.
  • Coordinate the training of the warehouse employees at all PEC locations.
  • Manage packaging

Your skills

We are looking for a strongly motivated professional meeting the following requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in logistics or other relevant discipline
  • Experience/knowledge of import/ export procedures/custom regulations and logistics
  • Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
  • Good organizational abilities: structural and analytical thinking, establishing priorities with respect for deadlines and costs
  • Enterprising and pro-active spirit
