• Full management of all DC Outbound departments : Allocation & Replenishment, Outgoing, Hanging, Non-Commercial Goods (NCG), Delcon and Transportation. These departments bring together +- 400 persons (Department Managers, Team leaders, Operations Associates, Employees, etc.)
• Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency for Outbound operations by setting and reach ad hoc kpi’s
• In close collaboration with Controlling, manage the overall profitability based on cost effectiveness through accurate planning & budget follow up and by using cost saving initiatives
• Supported by your two Department Managers : manage and ensure an efficient planning and optimization of the flow of garment across all Outbound departments
• Lead the department teams with the two Department Managers to ensure logistics capacity needs in alignment with Inbound Manager and DC Manager
• Lead execution of ABC slotting & optimization of pick locations
• Responsible to recruit, develop and retain talents for Outbound departments according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements
• As one key Manager of our DC, you are part of the Management Team and you report directly to the DC Manager
  

• Strong operational Outbound logistics expertise to effectively manage and develop the DC Outbound operations
• At least between 5-10 years of significant experience in Logistics Management positions
• Strong leadership and experience in managing large teams in unionized environment
• Agile mindset with a positive attitude to lead and manage change
• Deep understanding of end to end DC processes and garment flow
• Solid knowledge in operational logistics standards and supply chain as well as sustainability intakes
• Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
• Ability to encourage collaboration, cocreation and people development by empowering others
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Inclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encourage diversity
• Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group
• Fluent written and spoken in French and English
