Job Description

We are currently looking for a Management Consultant who enjoys problem solving and has an interest in helping organisations to operate better. As a Management Consultant, you will help our clients in leveraging technologies and transform products and processes to address ever increasing market requirements.

You’ll be concerned primarily with the strategy, structure, management and operations of a company. Your role is to identify options for the organisation and suggest recommendations for change, as well as advising on additional resources to implement solutions.

The focus of your role will be enabling our clients throughout their enterprise (transformation) journey, in order to achieve their objectives (e.g.: optimize their business processes, improve their operations and drive performance improvement). You help organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. Using your business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

You identify problems in organizations and then develop plans of action aimed at improving productivity and growing profits.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Working as a Management Consultant, you’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities including:

Assessing client’s maturity and data collection to understand how the organisation works

Helping clients defining their strategy

Advising and guiding management

Implementing a new operating model which supports innovation and acceleration

Defining management and operational reports

Facilitate workshops

Prepare business proposals and presentations

Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions

Present findings and recommendations to clients

Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out

Manage projects and programmes, and liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

Preferred Education/ Qualifications

University degree or equivalant by experience in the management area

You are fluent in Dutch and English or French
