In this function, you’ll be directly involved in the marketing strategy and operations and will have an impact on the marketing results.

This role is mostly operational with a part of strategy, as you will create, organise and implement marketing & communication initiatives towards our target audience, in Belgium and France to start with. Your end-objective will be to increase our brand awareness, our relevancy and the interactions with our audience.

What we are looking for is an all-round marketeer, with a focus on developing and implementing a consistent content strategy.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communication and will collaborate very closely with our Communication Manager and our Digital Marketing Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You are responsible for the creation of a content strategy and plan. You’ll work with the Communication Manager in order to take into consideration several aspects of our business, in terms of key messages, content types and channels.
• You come up with relevant content ideas to generate visibility, engagement and traffic on our website and on social networks (inbound marketing)
• You create content that is adapted to the different communication channels (blog articles, website content, social media posts and online adverts)
• You manage our social network corporate accounts (Linkedin/Facebook) that includes the publication planning, the creation of content, the posting and the follow-up of interactions and the reporting.
• You assess/challenge, manage and organise our physical events and our participations at exhibitions with the objective to stand out from the crowd with innovative ideas
• You have a direct communication with clients through mails, mailings, surveys and direct calls

Your Profile

• You hold a master’s degree in marketing, communication or business/economics.
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
• You are Dutch native, with a strong verbal and written knowledge of English and French
• You’re a natural communicator and like social interactions, talking to people at all levels, presenting webinars, meeting with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills is a must. You have already successfully organised exciting events.
• You’re able to source, assess and manage qualitative external partners such as copywriters and communication agencies.
• Hands-on and very pro-active, you get things moving and come up with solutions
• Although not your area of expertise, you like and are good at writing content pieces that are crisp & clear, relevant to our audience and adapted to the different channels. A friendly and professional tone of voice is what we go for.
