We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, a role that will allow you to drive strategic and operational marketing efforts across global markets. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing Pharma Technology’s marketing strategy in collaboration with management.
  • Leading digital marketing initiatives: managing the website, SEO, content creation, and automation.
  • Creating impactful marketing materials like brochures, videos, and white papers.
  • Organizing key global events, including exhibitions, seminars, and agent meetings.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective corporate branding across all marketing channels.
  • Analyzing campaign performance to improve future marketing efforts.
  • You bring at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.
  • You are creative, inventive, solution-oriented with an eye for detail and you have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative and making decisions independently, all while aligning with strategic goals.
  • Fluent in English, you excel at working across diverse markets and cultures, and you’re a true team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You understand that teamwork and quick communication are essential to success, which is why you’re happy to be present at the office (Nivelles) at least four times a week.
