Medewerker Onderhoud | Maintenance Team Member

The newly built Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel opened it’s doors at the end of October 2024, expanding our footprint and solidifying our presence in the local market.

We’re now looking to recruit a hands-on and technically skilled Maintenance Team Member to support the hotel’s daily operations.

A Day in the Life of…

As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly and remains in top condition for guests and staff alike. No two days will be the same, and your responsibilities may include:

Performing general maintenance across the property, including rooms, public areas, building exterior and installations
Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on a scheduled basis
Handling minor repairs and painting jobs
Supporting with technical systems such as electrical installations, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and more
Responding promptly and effectively to reported issues or maintenance requests
Keeping an eye on the finer details to ensure high quality standards throughout the building

What do we need from you?
A technical education (e.g. in electrical work, general maintenance, painting or plumbing) is required
Experience is not mandatory – recent graduates with a technical background are welcome to apply!
Knowledge of painting and decorating is preferred
Basic electrical knowledge is a strong plus
You are reliable, able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail
You are punctual and take pride in maintaining high standards
