Mid-Senior Talent Manager

What will you do?

At Taleo, we believe our people are our greatest asset. Motivated professionals make the difference — not only for themselves but also for our clients. As a Mid-Senior Talent Manager, you will take ownership of recruitment activities while supporting and guiding junior team members:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Support and coach Junior Talent Managers in their daily activities, ensuring recruitment goals are achieved.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and feedback.
• Ensure the right match between candidates and current open positions, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives and projects that strengthen employee engagement and organizational growth.
• Actively represent Taleo within local and international networks, building strong relationships with consultants and clients.

Who You Are

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, international setting:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within consulting or a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience in coaching or guiding junior recruiters and are eager to develop your leadership skills further.
• Experience in the Financial Services and/or Life Sciences consultingsector is a strong plus.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
• You are proactive, curious, and results-driven, with a strong “can-do” attitude.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
