Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key accounts like Colruyt, Delhaize, Intermarché, Carrefour, Jumbo, Cactus, Auchan, and many others
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, the promotional activities/plan and the annual business plan.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan by Brand – Key Account that expands the company’s customer base.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team and during Business Reviews with the Brand Owners & our Marketing Team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Lead the negotiation and close agreements with large customers.
  • Oversee and evaluate market changes and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor delivery of goods, invoicing, promotional activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for:

A successful National KAM should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry ideally in the Belgian Drink ‘sector.
  • Trilingual in Dutch, French and English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Hands-on approach (& helicopter’s view) as business developer with a spirit of conquest
  • Agility to generate new leads & open new doors
  • Capacity to lead multi-projects together
  • A team spirit to lead your staff & colleagues to our objectives
