The Tower Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of developers working on our Traffic Control System while contributing to technical development and strategic planning.

• You will lead a team of .NET developers within the R&D department, reporting directly to the director of Offboard software.
• You will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our Traffic Control System, ensuring high-quality deliverables while meeting project timelines.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including onboard engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• You will be responsible for technical leadership, including code reviews, architectural decisions together with the software architects and establishing development standards and best practices.
• You will mentor team members, facilitate their professional growth, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• You will actively participate in software development using C# and React, contributing to codebases while ensuring the team maintains code quality and efficiency.
• You will help translate business requirements into technical specifications and plan development sprints accordingly.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor / Master within IT or Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • .NET 8
  • C# (advanced level)
  • Entity Framework
  • ASP.NET Web API, REST, SignalR
  • MQTT
  • Service architectures
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Clean code principles and design patterns
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong team management and mentoring skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical decision-making skills
• Experience with traffic management systems or logistics automation is a plus
