Responsibilities
  • Brand guardian for the visual identity and communication of the Impermo brand and its category brands.
  • Responsible for translating product features into attractive online & offline assets through agency briefing.
  • Leading photography projects with our visual design agency.
  • Brief & follow-up our video agency in asset creation for our DIY channel, category inspiration and detailed product video’s.
  • Continuous screening of the latest trends within home & décor industry with close eye on flooring and wall tiles.
  • Bi-Yearly lead in catalogue creation from A-Z.
  • Responsible for our community management by controlling our Instagram account and lead customer relation platforms through Flowbox by setting up interviews with interior designers, architects, floor specialists, …
  • Manage SoMe planning on Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest, through briefing our agencies and setting the schedules within the online platforms.
  • Challenge our SoMe agency to continuously improve our engagement and fire new wild ideas for A/B testing.
  • Report on SoMe performance.
  • Help leading and coaching our team to assist everyone in their growth within their respective roles.
Profiel kandidaat

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Digital native with experience managing digital marketing agencies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach & commercial mindset.
  • Strong organizational, communication and people skills are a must.
  • Excellent understanding of SoMe platforms and knowledge SEO/SEA.
