For their automotive site in Brussels, we are looking for a finance professional with a few years of experience to be their brand new Operations Controller. Job Description

• You dive into and analyse the data provided to you by the external accounting company.
• You are the first point of contact for the external accounting partner with whom you will communicate closely.
• You are responsible for all the key aspects regarding P&L and CAPEX.
• You take charge of the reporting and preparation of ad-hoc analyses of the revenue, costs and expenditures in relation to the data in the forecasting.
• You prepare projections and accruals.
• You prepare the budget and forecasting based on information from operations and clients.
• You keep a close look on the budget and early detect budget deviations.
• You will report to the Site Manager locally and the Group Finance Director.

Profile

• You have 2-3 years of experience in auditor controlling.
• Experience at BIG4 is an absolute plus!
• You and Excel are like spaghetti and bolognese: a golden pair.
• You are business minded and are eager to keep on learning on this topic.
• Balance sheets and P&L have no secrets to you.
• Instead of blood, you have numbers running through your veins.
• You feel perfectly confident working independently in your own structured way.
• Your mother tongue is either French or Dutch and you have a good mastery of the other language. You are also very fluent in English.
