In Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) we provide customized industrial burner systems to numerous different industries all over the world.

In the Vilvoorde engineering and production site of HTS and we are looking for an Order Manager, responsible for project planning and control and customer communication. This position will be end-to-end responsible for planning and control of multiple orders, starting from order booking up to delivery at the customer site.

Tasks

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure orders are scheduled in line with the Customer Request Date.
  • Coordinate the project planning across the involved departments: Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing.

  • Report project progress to customers and management.

Requirements
  • Hands-on person, who can drive things to completion.
  • Tactful personality, who can bring people together to meet common goals.
  • Proactive, results oriented and customer focused.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor degree or first relevant working experience.
  • Languages: Dutch and proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
