To strengthen our Immunology team, based in any Global affiliate, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of:
Global Patient Strategy Lead - Spondylarthritis
The Global Patient Strategy Lead - Spondylarthritis is pivotal position within the business that will lead on building insights, patient support and educational programs as well as communicate and roll out solutions with Rheumatology across PsA and axSpa globally. More specifically, as the Patient Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for the global patient launch strategy and will lead campaign development through directing a cross-functional and regional team in the development of a best in class, patient-centered launch.

- Define and deliver the Global Patient Strategy by focusing on the Patients insights to further develop optimal interactions.
- Working with and building relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups and developing further collaborations and working with Patient Partners/ambassadors to engage both internal and external learning and communications.
- Defining and adopting the Rheumatology Patient role in external engagement activities incl. Regulatory input (eg. FDA needs for patient advice/voice through submission process), but all other non-traditional
- Collaborating with the team and the wider stakeholder matrix to develop patient insights, value proposition, claims, creative campaigns and input insights and communication messages into the integrated communication plans
- Developing creative briefs and partner / lead other external partners to develop creative and execute go-to-market plans
- Engaging with all levels of the organization, identifying areas of opportunity and driving change in a crowded global marketplace.
You will contribute by:
- Driving the development and execution of a global strategic patient strategy framework and core materials in collaboration with regional partners.
- Assessing global market landscape and patient journey to identify innovative solutions (including digital) to address pain points and develop best in class launch strategy and patient experience
- Leading the development of product positioning for patients, a patient message platform, and breakthrough creative campaign, to ensure global brand consistency
- Partnering with key internal stakeholders and regions (medical affairs, regional marketing, market insights, training, market access, legal, regulatory, and compliance) to ensure alignment across functions and flawless execution of launch plan
- Developing core global launch assets for local implementation of brand strategies to ensure local launch success
- Establishing KPIs and measurement plan to track and optimize campaigns and media plans
- Partnering with HCP/Payer-focused teams to ensure alignment across external stakeholders and create one brand voice
- Collaborating with agency partners in the development of campaigns, messaging, tactics and supporting materials
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree Preferred
- 6+ years of proven experience in creating patient strategies, in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on patient value creation
- Preferred experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
- Proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives and tactics, including marketing and sales teams, legal, market access, privacy, and compliance
- Demonstrated success in project and vendor management and budget management
- Results oriented, paying attention to detail, with accuracy, being prompt and able to meet deadlines
- Must possess ability to be a fast learner, be creative, flexible and adapt quickly
- Ideally exhibit experience in digital solutions
- Experience in Rheumatology/Immunology is a plus
