  • Coordinate delivery of key creative and content projects for the support of our brands and trade programs in line with the overall strategy in Benelux
  • Work with creative agencies to produce communication and supporting materials, both print and digital branded content for the different channels
  • Partner with trade marketing department in building of activities for our online retailer platform and offline tools
  • Liaise with different departments to provide regular updates and align with needs of frontline teams in terms of brand support activities
  • Support the Manager in development of appropriate branded materials (e.g. bottom up branded initiatives)
  • Develop and roll-out country specific initiatives and follow-through on required corrective actions after in-market date
  • Work together with global portfolio teams to stay up to speed with global developments. Assess how global initiatives can be translated for our Benelux affiliate.
  • Work with EU regional team for business case submissions and approval of local initiatives.
You’ll be our ideal candidate if you:
  • Have a passion for consumer & brands and a good eye for details
  • Are a first-class problem solver, root causing the core of the issue and engaging different stakeholders to come to a solution
  • Are data driven and have experience turning insights into action
  • Have an ability to develop clear briefs for external creative agencies
  • Have project management and stakeholders’ management skills
  • Are agile and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Have a passion for team work
  • Like to think ahead, act ahead and get ahead
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Power Point, Excel)
  • Are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
What will the selection process look like?

Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, you will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.

In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.
  • Assessment Tests
The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.
  • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
  • Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
  • Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)
  • Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
