Process & ERP Manager

With the launch of our rapid COVID 19 PCR test, we are currently seeking a “Process & ERP Manager”to join our “Manufacturing & Supply Chain” team. You will be a crucial player in building out our production and supply chain activities now that we are moving from a research focused organization into a commercial organization.

As our Process & ERP Lead, you will beresponsible for the overall management of our ERP system, acting as a SPOC towards the ERP vendor and leading business process and system implementation projects across the organization.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Acting as the lead point of contact for the ERP vendor.
• Partner with various business functions (SC, QA and FI) to define business requirements, develop process flow map and translate the requirements into functional specifications. Work with the ERP vendor to coordinate testing and implementation.
• Ensure miDx’ ERP system is operating effectively, support users with their daily requests, monitor system issues/performance and coordinate resolution with the vendor. Regularly engage end users to drive improvements and efficiencies.
• Create, implement and maintain master data management processes (items, vendors, BOM, Customers, pricing …). Provide data governance guidelines and ensure data integrity in the ERP system, troubleshoot issues related to master data management and identify opportunities for improving data management processes.
• Coordinate with the various function and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Ensure documentation is in place and maintained on a regular basis, such as training guides, procedures, and test scripts.
• Organize and provide trainings and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Information Systems or equivalent practical experience;
• Min. 5 years of work experience in supply chain operations with emphasis on process mappings, change management, ERP implementation or systems transformation;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written);
• Direct experience in gathering requirements, process mapping and driving implementation of supply chain processes and systems;
• Strong ERP knowledge and experience with third party system implementations;
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement and project methodologies;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Our offices are located in Leuven (Belgium). Relocation to Belgium is needed. It is essential that you hold entitlement to work and live in Belgium.
