Louvain-la-Neuve site is strategic within Zoetis network, specialized in vaccines and covering all steps of production, from the Research & Development, through the production of antigens, formulation of the vaccine, filling of vials and syringes to the Packaging and storage of the commercial product, including QC activities required at each step of the production.

The site has grown exponentially over the last 3 years and this trend will continue for the years to come.

To reinforce our Engineering team, we are searching for a Process Project manager

Job Description

As part of the Engineering, CAPEX and reliability department, your role will be focused on managing a portfolio of investment projects.

Your role will be:

• The Process Project Manager is a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive technology projects through their life-cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals.
• He/She/They are responsible for the day-to-day management of projects through all stages of the implementation process. The Process Project Manager is a professional who can anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts.
• The Process Project Manager is a sound communicator who can link discipline engineers and business units to ensure high levels of quality and timelines of projects’ implementations.

• Responsibilities and Duties
  

 Provide oversight and management of work backlogs, the prioritization process and work scheduling and monitoring.

 Oversee assignments, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.

 Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members.

 Works with the project stakeholders to develop schedules and establish milestones

 Ensures project progress against defined milestones and deadlines

 Actively communicates with key stakeholders to keep them informed on project activities

 Supervises hand-overs ensuring smooth transitions

 Oversees the requirements/functional specification process

 Facilitate getting the work done practicing servant leadership and encourage discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.

 Act as a specialist process engineer bringing his/her experience to the resolution process of issues and/or as a partner to other projects (discipline engineer)

• Profile

Technical/Functional Expertise

• You have a proven experience in project management (>8 years) in complex areas and businesses
• You can demonstrate your ability to lead major CAPEX projects with a E2E view
• You have a clear and strong view of all steps related to the best-in-class project management
• You have problem-solving capabilities.
• You have strong capacities to understand issues quickly and propose solutions to move forward
• You have expertise in few matters and can act and execute project steps by your own with a strong technical base

Leadership

• You have good influencing skills to drive decisions, alignment, and conflict resolution for cross-functional issues

Interaction

• You are able to easily engage with internal stakeholders to drive performance and achieve expected results in the interest of the organization.
• You have a transversal approach.

Innovation

• You are interested in new technologies.

Education, Behavioral Competencies and Skills

• At least a Master’s degree in process engineering (Bio, Chemistry, pharmacist) or equivalent
• Languages: French and business fluent proficiency in English & (written and oral).
• Experience: minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing (pharmaceutical or Bio-chemistry company) as producer or project engineer/manager
• High communication skills, analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure
• Innovative thinking
• Used to working in a complex / matrix organization.
• Can establish and coordinate service contracts with external service providers
