Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and business support to the sales team for the existing product portfolio and for new product launches.
  • Provide field and market feedback to the PMD team and act as the voice of the customers in the department.
  • Support in collecting market data (trends, competitor, product performances) and identify customer requirement.
  • New product training and demo to the sales team (if not duplicate with Frederik’s team responsibilities.
  • Organize and track field testing on the CDT Product Development
