We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Ghent.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight and Optimization:

  • Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production output and reduce waste.
  • Monitor production KPIs and adjust processes to meet targets.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews to support professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure all production activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain product consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Use data analysis to monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automotive OR Industrial)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a production management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with production management software and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
