Program Director Digital Transformation

As the Program Director Digital Transformation, you are responsible for program management and recruitment of the AMS Leading Digital Transformation Program portfolio, i.e. 4 executive master tracks and 10 executive master classes.

Together with the Academic Director of these programs you will develop and manage the program offering keeping the curriculum up-to-date and in-line with the fast changing market requirements. In addition, you are working closely together with the Program Coordinator in order to guarantee a flawless course implementation, both from a curriculum, organizational and administrative point of view. Together with marketing you will develop an adequate marketing communication plan in order to generate a successful sales funnel.

Furthermore, you have a keen eye for spotting new B2C sales opportunities and you actively pursue B2B partnerships in line with AMS’s vision and strategy. Finally you will further develop and maintain the Alumni Chapter and work closely together with the Chapter Alumni Committee.

Summarized, through your project management skills in combination with your extended experience in sales, marketing and business development you will be the motor for the successful and profitable Digital Transformation program offering.

• You have a proven track record in the market in terms of expertise and experience, seniority and maturity;
• You are a holistic and client-oriented thinker, who thinks along the value chain beyond specific topics or expertise domains;
• You have broad expertise in business development, marketing and B2C/B2B sales;
• You have the skills strong desire to engage with complex client challenges and connect on a both personal and business/content-driven level;
• You are a strong advocate of the AMS values, spirit and thought leadership;
• You have strong consultative skills (listen, facilitate, summarize, excellent empathy, negotiator, think-acts loop);
• You are good with numbers, have great presentation skills and are well organized;
• You have strong contracting skills;
• You are proficient in Dutch and English.
