The opportunity

At Worldline, our technology addresses persistent challenges of the payment world. We’ve established ourselves as a leading developer of creative software solutions for enabling the cashless society.


As an international Program Manager, your mission is to drive highly complex large scale projects involving multiple teams in an international environment to drive the implementation of new products.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include


  • You deliver international programs within the requested scope, quality, budget and timeframe
  • You steer, monitor and coordinate activities of the programs end-to-end
  • You provide leadership and motivation to involved teams
  • You lead efforts to solve any issue encountered during projects roll-out
  • You are able to develop frameworks (work breakdown structure) to meet project requirements and scope of deliverables
  • You identify plans to deliver multiple, diverse projects as a single, unified program
  • You are able to coordinate and uphold scope changes


Skills we can’t do without


  • Extensive experience in an international project/program management role focusing on business solutions, products and digital transformation services
  • Ability to work engaging various expertise (Web, Networks, Systems, risk, security, business, compliance,…)
  • Successful previous experiences designing and steering international project/programs plans and artifacts
  • Ability to set up status updates, dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to steer larger programs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders (executives, developers, technical teams, risk, compliance, security…)


Skills We’d Like


  • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Payment ecosystem and technologies
  • Proficiency in a second language (Dutch, French, German, ..) is an asset
