We are looking for a junior R&D project leader to join the team.

Job Description:

As a member of the R&D team, the R&D Project Leader participates in projects to develop new products or improve existing products, mainly in ELISA.

He/She works according to ZenTech’s procedures to deliver work that meets the quality standards required by the company’s CE ISO 13485 certification. As part of the development projects entrusted to him/her, the R&D Project Leader:

• Development of experimental plans in order to design the different elements of the final product,
• Mand implements the necessary manipulations,
• Record theresults in an electronic laboratory notebook, so as to ensure traceability and permanent access to these data,
• Transfers the new design to ZenTech’s Industrialization department
• Participates and presents the results obtained at intra- and interdepartmental meetings or with external partners,
• Supports the verification phase of the new design,
• Writes all the documents allowing the production and validation of the new design.

In addition to tasks related to new product development, ZenTech’s R&D department also ensures the validation process of developed or improved IVD diagnostic products. In this context, the R&D Project Leader:

• Implements the necessary manipulations, applying the instructions in force in the R&D department,
• Writes validation reports following the models put in place,
• Updates the technical documentation of the device.

Knowledge:

• Master of Science (chemical, biochemical...) or equivalent
• English: being able to read professional English, being able to write professional reports. The ability to speak it is a plus
• Writing skills
• Knowledge of statistics applied to bioassays
• Knowledge of the Design of Experiment approach is a plus

Know-how:

• Laboratory work (bench): good practices, conduct of a test according to recommendations, use of laboratory instruments: absorbance microplate reader, fluorescence microplate reader, agitators, incubators, etc.
• Use of the MS Office suite, especially Excel (the add on Analyse-it is a plus)

Working conditions:

• Permanent contract
• Full-time (38 h / week)
