We are looking to recruit aProject Manager Continuous Improvement, for the MPU PSMMC.

The job holder will raise and maintain the status of quality in the organization and enable a company to promote itself as one that provides quality goods and services. This onvolves Total Quality Management (TQM) programs and the development of standard procedures in accordance with GSK standards and cGMP Regulations

(S)he analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes within own domain

(S)he participates in design and implementation of re-engineering business processes to address user requirements

(S)he determines how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes

The successful candidate may specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements

Your Responsibilities
  • You identify the key areas for improvement via a data-driven process and determine the OE Strategy and plan aligned with the Value Stream/function alignment grid.
  • You lead, support and facilitate OE projects that have a VS/function impact and that will deliver business benefits to the Value Stream /site or Global Functions (GF)
  • You manage delivery of benefits as identified in the projects business cases.
  • You provide expert advice, support and mentoring Project Leaders (GBs) and Project members on OE tools and methodologies. You actively encourage and support use of collaborative tools and processes (KM) to enable lean and effective multiple department and functional working.
  • You develop and enhance a culture of Excellence to do things in a simpler, smarter, quicker and in a robust, reproducible way.
  • You are the trainer for OE tools & methodologies.
  • You ensure effective communication for OE programs / projects
  • You build a network with other OE experts (GSK Bio/GMS) to exchange learning and good practices
  • You remove barriers to progress.
Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor’s degree or superior
  • Green Belt certified (or certification planned within 12months of hiring)
  • Good understanding Manufacturing Process
  • Knowledge in OE principles / tools / methodologies / application
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations in an industrial environment
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Experience in process improvement
Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
  • Good communication skills (Open, clear and transparent)
  • Demonstrate Dynamism, Leadership, Team Spirit and Proactivity.
  • Client (Patient, Regulators, Stakeholders and Shop floor Collaborators) as well as Results oriented.
  • Srong scientific knowledge.
  • Ideally, good understanding of Vaccines manufacturing and GSK processes.
