  Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a customer oriented environment
  
• Experience in leading and managing deploying integration programms or projects. Meeting deadlines and reporting on Project progress is obious for you.
• Hands-on personality that loves to work within a stressful & dynamic environment
• Strong communicator with a fluent and professional proficiency in English
• A big interest or solid knowledge of the Medical Device Industry is a plus!
• Strong and in-depth knowledge on Project Management, Transformation Management, SAP, BPO and Lean Sigma

• 
  Defining and driving all project activities related to the IGTD’s operations business integration programm 2021-2022 to achieve timely milestone completion as per project plan(s)
• You will act and think across processes, teams, functions and borders ans will givesales support in various workstreams, program management and internal PMO settings
• E2E process and activity outsourcing(NPI2MARKET & O2C) in close relation with market and outsource partners
• Support of the preparation for the SAP cutover planned for the transformation in 2021/2022. This includes UAT testing, design, training and other related activities.
• Managing key stakeholders and ensuring the inclusion of their voice
• Pro-actively recognizing and identifiying current and future problems, structuring hem and quickly translating them into solutions and opportunities using robust methodologies
• Making sure that all regulatory requirements such as company policies, SOX legal requiremen and operating procedures are maintained during project execution
