Main Responsibilities
  • Manage projects by covering the 10 areas of expertise required (scope, budget, schedule, quality, communication, HR, purchasing, risks, integration, and stakeholder management)
  • Coordinate the project teams and ensure that the business objectives of the projects are achieved
  • Plan, organize and lead project coordination meetings
  • Monitor project performance indicators and report on them monthly
  • Anticipate and manage project risks
  • Maintain the project scope change register based on the changing business environment and market.
  • Assist the MH / CO progress leader in the Strategic / Operating plan cycle and coordinate the LB Project Portfolio.
  • Monitor the Management Framework within the MH Segment and adjust when necessary
Who Are You
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or engineering.
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an industrial company environment, managing transversal teams in different time zones
  • You have experience in technical project management and strong analytical skills
  • You are comfortable leading multifunctional / multidisciplinary teams
  • You have a good sense of autonomy and great problem-solving skills
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • You are Project Management-certified (ideally PMP).
  • You speak fluent English. French is an asset. Any additional language is a plus
