Some of the responsibilities:
You will be keeping the Quality Manual up to date
You will keep up to date Procedures, Forms, Lists and Work Instructions related to management of the quality system
You will keep monitoring external standards and regulations and making them available
You are going to manage internal audit program and work with process owners to improve & ensure compliance of their procedures.
You will partner with cross-functional team to audit suppliers, qualify new suppliers, and monitor performance of current suppliers, including supplier corrective action reports.
You are going to manage corrective and preventative action (CAPA) process and lead continuous improvement activities.
You will be support compliance with ISO 14971 medical device risk management

Some of the requirements:
You have a degree like a Master (Biomedical) Engineering or (Biomedical / Pharmaceutical) Sciences or equal by experience
You need to have 5+ years experience in a Quality Management role, preferably in a Medical Device environment (ISO 13485:2016, FDA 21 CFR part 820).
You have a thorough knowledge of ISO regulations
You have experience with Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, and root cause analysis.
You have the ability to direct and lead a multi-disciplined operation.
You have great Experience in Talent Development.
Your management style should be based on continuous improvement of key metrics.
You have excellent writing, reading, conversation of the English language
You have good writing, reading, conversation of the Dutch language
