To strengthen our Internal Manufacturing team, we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated, Process & External Partner Managerbased in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium

Cover five main roles in a transversal approach across Braine QC Labs organization:
External laboratories partners manager: Act as CLO manager to lead the operational management of UCB’s selected local CLO, Monitor CLO’s performance and capacities and implement a long-range plan in coordination with internal laboratories. Drive CLO risk analysis and implement identified mitigation plans
QC’s risk facilitator: Act as SME and Owner to ensure compliance, efficiency, improvement of transversal processes in accordance with the business needs. Lead the processes documentation life cycle of identified transversal procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Local Process owner: Act as risk facilitator to implement the overall risk management process within QC organization. Lead harmonization of process and practices across QC laboratories. Monitor process effectiveness & performance at QC level. Anticipate and participate to solving of issues and drive process continuous improvement
Investigation and root cause analysis champion: Act as RCA champion to support laboratories to conduct major quality investigation.
Continuous improvement program coordinator: Act as OE coordinator to develop, implement and improve QC OE business process towards excellence, in alignment with business requirement. Manage, lead and be responsible for multiple assigned QC OE initiatives in full respect of governance, budget and timelines. Develop and maintain a challenging but realistic OE roadmap for QCin collaboration with Heads, taking into considerations priorities, resources and budgets. Ensure performance management is properly executed through KPI, management review meeting and tier meeting.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience andskills:
Expertise in the pharmaceutical analysis environment- Experience with external partnership management (CMO, CLO, …)
- Experience in GMP area and contact with health authorities
- Green-belt certification
- Proven transversal project management skills
- Basic financial knowledge
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams, influence others, hold teams accountable, results oriented, effective at networking, able to manage complex project and deliver according to plan.
- Must be able to manage external partners and relationships to influence partners to deliver results that UCB needs
- Ability to identify pro-actively (anticipate) and address potential problems or areas for improvement and act on them in a problem-solving manner;
- Act as a facilitator and coordinator.
- Change management skills.
- Business driven with a view to overall strategy.
