Your role
As Experienced Quality Engineer, Your Responsibilities Can Include

Implementation and/or auditing of quality management systems at the customer or its suppliers: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, VDA 6.3…
Solving customer complaints using methodology like 8D, QRQC…
Improving Quality KPI’s using DMAIC or other similar approaches
Manage non-conformities to an acceptable level
Validating new measurement equipment
Ensuring quality of new products and processes using PPAP/APQP/DFMA/FMEA…

Your profile
Master of Science degree in Mechanical engineering, Electro-mechanics, Mechatronics, Materials engineering or Industrial Engineering

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the automotive, aerospace or railway industry
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SPC, Six Sigma, 8D problem solving techniques, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, DFMA, Control Plans and Project management
Excellent analytical skills and outside-of- the-box-thinking
Being an internal or external auditor for a quality management system is a plus
