As part of the Analytics team, you will be responsible for preparing the budget of Goodman’s logistics real estate portfolio within Continental Europe.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate closely with local CE Asset Managers, Marketing and Innovation teams to gather asset specific information (e.g. revenue, cost, capex).
  • Review and consolidate the input provided by all internal stakeholders.
  • Present budget to the Investment Management team.
  • Provide visibility on current and future portfolio performance (e.g., portfolio occupancy) against KPI’s.
  • Be the link between local Asset Management and Investment Management teams as well as the single point of contact within CE for various portfolio related questions.

Do you recognize yourself?

  • You are a natural communicator with a critical mindset
  • You have a bachelor or master degree with a first relevant experience
  • You love solving problems, working with numbers and explaining to others what they mean
  • You have an eye for detail while keeping a helicopter view on the Goodman portfolio of existing assets.
  • You love working with different tools (eg Excel, Power BI,…)
