WHO YOU ARE

• You have previous management experience from high volume retail or multi-unit food service industry.

• You have experience of creating and implementing action plans, setting budgets and meeting and following up on goals.

• We are looking for you who have strong leadership skills and can lead and inspire a big team.

You accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results. You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Restaurant Sales Manager you’ll ensure our guests are always in focus, initiate a constant dialogue and take actions to improve the customer experience.

You’ll contribute in the creation of the IKEA store business plan and ensuring that national and global strategies are aligned with local priorities.

Together with your team you ensure their is a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume and commercial priorities.

As a Hospitality Manager you act as an ambassador in promoting a safety first culture and ensure that routines are known by colleagues and followed in all daily work.
