Our Client, an Italian Luxury Fashion Company, is looking for a Sales Assitent in Antwerpen.

The Sales Assistant works in order to reach standards of excellence in customer service and assist each customer with the goal of obtaining and maintaining loyalty to both the store and our brand.

DUTIES:

  • Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service.
  • Analyze customer needs, motivations, characteristics and preferences.
  • Develop the relationship with our customers to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Managing of the store/corner (quality and quantity of stock, cash, Visual merchandising, administration e.g)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of Sales Advisor in Retail Field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Comfortable to work in a team, creating a good atmosphere
  • Fluent in Dutch language
