Job Description

As Sales Manager Benelux (hands-on)- electronics aftersales you will work closely with the international leadership team to ensure the company’s strategic objectives for Benelux, strengthen the operations & drive growth.
  • Structure the company’s future growth & consolidate existing developments
  • Define en enrich strategic objectives with your experience, ideas, energy & creativity
  • Manage and develop a motivated commercial team, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Generates sales through hands-on involvement. Create strong relationships with Key Accounts (Benelux & German speaking markets), focusing on a personalised approach.
  • Oversee the full scope of the company’s operations in the Benelux region.
  • Lead with a strategic, commercial, and hands-on mindset while excelling in people management.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
